    In de Schaduw van de Kathedraal, located in Handschoenmarkt "in the shadow of the cathedral" as the name translates. The sumptuous food includes the restaurant’s signature dish of Grande Bouillabaisse, which is a huge serving of fresh fish and seafood from the North Sea. Crab gratin, sole with lobster sauce, and shrimp and veal croquettes are other magnificent dishes on offer here.
